Jon Kastrati – F&B Consultant

With international experience across Albania, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, and UK I bring hands-on operational expertise from some of Europe’s most respected hospitality environments — from luxury hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants.

Today, I work with hospitality businesses that want more than just “good service.”
They want performance, accountability, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

International Leadership Experience

I currently work as an F&B Consultant for Kep Merli, supporting leadership development, operational structure, and performance optimization. Alongside this, I manage a fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen, where I oversee daily operations and lead the front-of-house team in a high-standard, competitive market.

Previously, I worked for a Leading Hotel in Dublin, where I held senior restaurant management responsibilities within a luxury environment.

My early career was shaped in some of Europe’s most prestigious hospitality institutions, including Michelin-starred restaurants and Relais & Châteaux properties. Working within these elite structures instilled in me a deep understanding of precision, discipline, fine dining standards, and structured service culture.
